When you call HaulEza's toll-free number, we collect your phone number, the time and duration of the call, and basic call-routing metadata used to connect you with a moving company in your area. When you contact HaulEza by email, we collect your email address and message content.

Information we do not collect

HaulEza does not collect your name, address, financial information, household goods inventory, or moving quote details. Those are exchanged directly between you and the moving company you connect with.

How we use information

We use call metadata to route your call to a moving company serving your origin area, to bill participating movers for qualified leads, and to detect and prevent fraudulent or abusive use of our routing service.

Information we share

When we route your call, the moving company you are connected with receives your phone number and call metadata. They may collect additional information from you during your conversation; their privacy practices are separate from HaulEza's.

Cookies and analytics

HaulEza.com uses minimal cookies for analytics (page views and aggregate visitor metrics). We do not sell personal information.
